On 1st March 2007 Alfred Simmons & Co, was rebranded as Vista Partners LLP, the most fundamental change to the Business since its inception in the 1890's. “The decision to rebrand was not taken lightly” say senior partners Gary Proudlock and Susan Jones. “Vista Partners reflects our approach of encouraging clients to step back from everyday issues in order to see the bigger picture. Our key strengths lie in identifying what our clients want to achieve – their ultimate goals and aims – and planning how they will meet them. Personal service is a vital ingredient to our success. We enjoy speaking to our clients and helping them develop or change the course of their business”.

Most of Vista Partners’ clients are based within the Gatwick Diamond which is fast becoming the economic business centre of the South East. The client base is varied including hotels, law firms, independent schools, property developers and businesses drawn from the construction and manufacturing sectors. Vista Partners also has a thriving private client practice.

The Firm has long been renowned for its tax expertise. We are fortunate to have a team of talented, committed individuals with backgrounds from HM Revenue & Customs, industry and the larger national accountancy practices”.

Alfred Simmons and Co was founded in 1895 by Alfred Simmons at the Summer House, London Road, Redhill. In 1901 the firm moved to the Redhill Market Hall Buildings remaining there until December 1981 when the town centre redevelopment plans called for the demolition of the Market Hall. The current offices at Chancery House were opened on 2 January 1982. Alfred Simmons and Co was run as a family concern until 1931, The final link with the Simmons family was finally broken when Gordon Simmons retired in 1985.

The present partners recognise the importance of preserving the firm's heritage whilst looking to the future.
